They are saved in Joy Mental Health Group’s secure system on Amazon Web Services, which is covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement, and our office team receives them by email so we can follow up. We use them only to contact you and schedule care. The copy saved on Amazon Web Services is deleted automatically after 90 days. You can read our Notice of Privacy Practices online or ask our office for a paper copy.
