We want everyone to be able to learn about our care and reach us easily, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology.
The standard we follow
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review the site when we add pages and features, and we fix problems as we find them.
Some of what we have in place:
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
- Text descriptions for meaningful images
- Menus and buttons that work with a keyboard
- A pause control on the moving list of available clinicians
- Crisis information (call or text 988, or call 911) near the top of every page
Known limitations
Some older documents, such as printable PDFs and event photo galleries, may not yet be fully accessible. If anything on this site is hard to use, we’ll give you the same information another way: by phone, by email, or in another format such as large print.
Need help or found a problem?
