Evidence-based care
Anxiety and trauma therapy in Michigan
Anxiety that will not quiet, and trauma that still runs the day, are two of the most common reasons people find us — children, college students, and adults included.

You do not need a perfect story of what happened. People come in with panic, a body that will not stand down, nightmares, avoidance, grief that has nowhere to go, or a nervous system still organized around an old threat. We treat anxiety and trauma in Ann Arbor, West Bloomfield, East Lansing, Macomb, and by telehealth anywhere in Michigan.
The work is evidence-based and chosen with you: ACT, CBT, trauma-focused and TF-CBT care, psychodynamic and humanistic ideas when they help, play therapy for younger children. If medication would take the edge off enough to make therapy usable, Stephen Ereg, FNP-C, is in the same practice — not a separate referral that disappears.
Most major commercial plans from any state are accepted. Some clinicians take Medicaid. Cash pay is always available. We check benefits before you start, and we often have clinicians with immediate openings so you are not sitting on a waitlist while symptoms set the schedule.
